3 Workout Clips From Kareem Samhouri

I decided to post here 3 videos with Dr. K in which he explains various exercises and shows how to combine a number of movements into complete fat burning sets.

In this first video, Kareem Samhouri shows how to perform the perfect lunge.

Lunges are one of the best exercises that you can do both for fat loss and for toning your lower body. However, most people don’t really know how to do lunges in the best way. After you watch this video, you’ll be ready to do lunges and experience how they help you sculpt your legs, thighs, and butt.

In the second video which I think you should watch, Dr. K. talks about how to develop proper eating habits for the holidays. The holidays are a particularly troubling times for those of us who are struggling with their weight. With all the big meals and the good food that the holidays have to offer, it’s kind of hard to maintain a proper eating routine.

Well, you need not worry about it any longer. This video contains some simple tips on how to eat properly during the holidays and it also lays out a proper framework by which to build the right habits to create long term nutrition changes in your routine and to lose fat faster.

The third video is all abut fitness. This is a video for a Fusion circuit, one of the most challenging circuits that I’ve ever done. Who Is Kareem Samhouri

Before I get into the actual details of what the Full Throttle Fat Loss program is all about let me say a few words about the man who created it.

He is Dr. Kareem Samhouri, who goes by the nickname Dr. K. I think it’s a good idea for you to know more about him so you’ll have a clearer picture of what he does, what he knows and what you can expect from Full Throttle Fat Loss, being one of his programs.

So, the first thing you need to know are his credentials. Well, Dr. Kareem Samhouri has a doctorate in Physical Therapy and a bunch of other specialties and certificates. He is a health and fitness expert, Kinesiologist, conditioning coach, muscle balancing expert, etc. It’s easy to see that he is not just some guy who came out of nowhere. He knows what he’s doing and he has in depth knowledge of how the human body works and what it takes to lose fat and to get you in shape.
